The Bait Al-Arab Kuwait State Stud organized a horseracing tournament for purebred local Arabian horses.

In the 1,600-meter race of first setting, the horse Zahi from Nasser Al-Haifi Stable came first after finishing the race in 01:54:09 minutes. The horse Mukhtar from Nayef Al-Mutairi Stable came second and the horse Asifa from Tareq Jaber Stable came third.

Representing the Head of Bait Al-Arab’s Board of Trustees Alaa Al-Roumi was the Financial Director of Bait Al-Arab Nasser Al-Gheeth who presented the prizes to the winners. In his speech, Al-Gheeth expressed appreciation and gratitude to the keen interest shown by equestrian bodies in the country in terms of holding competitions for purebred local Arabian horses in a bid to preserve the sport of the forefathers of this country.

In other racing settings, the Al-Nimsha Stable managed to achieve a hat-trick in the third setting when three of its horses managed to win the first three positions in the 1,800-meter race with the horse in first place clocking 01:54:05 minutes.

In a 1,600-meter race of second setting, the horse Ya Sayidi crossed the finish line in 01:42:09 minutes to take the first place.

In the 1,400-meter race of third setting, the horse Omniyatuk came first by finishing the race in 01:26:02 minutes.
