KUWAIT CITY, Aug 10: A Bedoun youth was arrested in a hot chase by patrolmen of the northern borders in possession of 10 thousand narcotic pills. The pursuit, which started from Abdali Motorway, ended in Jahra area where security operatives managed to arrest him.Security sources said the youth declined orders to show his civil ID when patrolmen spotted him on the Abdali Road and stopped him for checking. He is said to have sped off toward Jahra area when asked about some pills the officers noticed beside the driver’s seat.They called for backup and the suspect was finally arrested in Jahra area in possession of 10 thousand narcotic pills. He admitted peddling in drugs and distributing the contraband to customers in different parts of the country.
