KUWAIT CITY, April 11: The Meteorology Department has reported that today's weather will be hot and partly cloudy, with northwesterly to northerly winds, ranging from light to moderate in speed, occasionally becoming active at 10-40 km/h. There is a chance of scattered light rain and potential dust. At night, the weather is expected to be moderate and partly cloudy, with northwesterly to northerly winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging from 12-38 km/h. There is a possibility of scattered rain, which may occasionally be accompanied by thunderstorms, as well as a chance of suspended dust.
