Humid weather expected to persist for over a week

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 6: Meteorologist Ramadan has predicted that humid weather will take hold starting tomorrow evening (Monday) and may continue for a week or more. In a recent post on his official account on “X,” Ramadan explained that the winds are expected to shift from southeasterly to variable, resulting in a tiring atmosphere, especially during the evening hours.

He also warned that this change in weather could lead to an increase in cases of seasonal allergies and asthma. This period of discomfort is commonly referred to as “Safri.”
