KUWAIT CITY, Sept 1: The search for a Kuwaiti citizen, who was reported missing in the Salmi desert by his brother, ended with his arrest after Taima detectives found him in a disoriented state in the Oyoun area. According to security sources, several police teams and helicopters from the Ministry of Interior had been scouring the Salmi desert after receiving information that the citizen was lost. Despite extensive search efforts over several days, he was not located. Following an investigation by Taima detectives, they were able to pinpoint his location in the Oyoun area, where he was found in a disoriented condition. He was subsequently arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for further legal action. It is worth highlighting that the Ministry of Interior’s extensive efforts in the search for the missing citizen are commendable.
