KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19: In a recent development, 15 Asian expats were caught red-handed during an illegal operation involving the sale of state-subsidized diesel at a reduced price in the Mina Abdullah area. The arrest was made possible by the efforts of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, specifically the Al-Ahmadi Governorate Investigation Department.
This incident unfolded as a result of ongoing security campaigns conducted across various regions.
