KUWAIT CITY, Sept 4: The Public Prosecution said the man accused of killing a Filipina worker in Omariya, died in the hospital where he was being treated, reports Al- Seyassah daily. The prosecution said after it received a report stating that an Asian resident had stabbed another Asian domestic worker several times until she died, investigation procedures were carried out at the scene of the incident to examine the victim’s body before handing over the remains to the Forensic Medicine Department.

Then suspect had allegedly stabbed himself, at the residence of his victim’s sponsor in Al-Omariya. The Prosecution added that the suspect was moved to the hospital under police guard but he died before regaining consciousness. Earlier, the Omariya area had witnessed the horrific murder in which a 35-year-old Filipina resident was killed by her Indian boyfriend who was also 35 years old.

The perpetrator stabbed her several times until she died, after which he killed himself with a knife and was transferred to Farwaniya Hospital, where he died. The source confirmed, the detectives have begun checking the CCTV cameras in the house, which documented the crime and how he entered the annex of the house and committed the crime.
