KUWAIT CITY, Jan 14: The Criminal Court has handed down a death sentence to an Indian expatriate for the murder of a fellow Indian citizen in Farwaniya.
According to the court's findings, the convicted individual had initially made unwanted sexual advances towards the victim. Subsequently, the perpetrator lured the victim to a workers' housing, where he sexually assaulted and then fatally stabbed the victim. This heinous crime, involving both sexual assault and murder, led to the court's decision to impose the maximum penalty.
