KUWAIT CITY, Sept 5: The General Department of Interrogation affiliated to the Ministry of Interior has ordered the detention of the Indian woman who is charged with running a nursery inside ‘bachelors’ quarters of a residential building, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a reliable source, the suspect admitted during interrogations that she earned about 2,000 dinars a month. She also said she was taking care of 16 children at the time of her arrest. Hawra Al-Habib, defense lawyer defending the Kuwaiti who had filed a complaint with the authorities accusing the woman of running an illegal nursery stated she is in the process of filing two lawsuits against the man’s former wife. The first is negligence in taking care of her child and the second is the irresponsibility of the guardianship. What has happened, she said, can be termed as catastrophic.
