Intensive cleaning around Jaber Stadium in preparation for Kuwait-Iraq clash
Kuwait Municipality is carrying out intensive cleaning work surrounding the Jaber International Stadium ahead of the Kuwait-Iraq game.

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: Kuwait Municipality announced on Sunday that it has initiated cleaning operations around Jaber International Stadium, in partnership with the Kuwait Football Association. This effort is part of the ongoing preparations for the international match between the Kuwaiti national team and the Iraqi national team, scheduled for Tuesday evening.

In a press release, the municipality detailed that the Department of Hygiene and Road Occupancies teams from Al-Farwaniya Governorate have commenced their work across the area surrounding Jaber International Stadium.

The municipality emphasized that all necessary preparations for cleaning and road works will continue until the area is fully cleaned by Monday. The measures include ensuring that trucks are not parked in the stadium's external parking lots, providing and distributing waste containers, and removing neglected vehicles.
