KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16: The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that it has summoned all parties involved in an incident captured in a video circulating on some social media platforms. The clip shows an individual deliberately harassing a family on the road and colliding with them, endangering their lives and the lives of others.
The Ministry has taken the necessary legal measures, registering a case in the process. Detectives successfully apprehended the driver of the vehicle after he refused to appear before the investigating authorities and subsequently went into hiding. He has now been referred to the appropriate authorities to complete the legal procedures against him.
