KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: The Ministry of Finance announced the start of the sale of 29 sniffer dogs at the Ministry of Interior at a public auction, provided that those who wish to enter the auction pay KD 20 as a temporary insurance and pay insurance to raise the dog purchased by KD 20 for a temporary receipt, reports Al-Anba daily.

The ministry added that the one who buys the dog will have to pay 25 percent of the bid amount if he does not receive the dog on the same day. However, the bidder must take possession of the dog within two days failure to do so he will forfeit the KD 20 and the 25 percent bid amount. In addition, the unit of increase in the auction is KD 5, with a commission of auctioning of 5 dinars for the sale of each dog.
