KUWAIT CITY, May 12: With 10 deaths and an unprecedented number in one day and with an escalating curve of infections Farwaniya is become one of the hot spots infested with coronavirus.
Today Kuwait quickly passed 10,000 mark of corona virus cases with 991 new cases recorded in 24 hrs, raising the total cases to 10277 cases, while 10 deaths were recorded, bringing the total deaths from the virus to 75 cases.
Al-Farwaniya which recorded 107 infections is ranked first in recording the highest number of infections for six consecutive days. Dr. Buthaina Al-Mudhaf announced that 2900 peoples smears in 15 societies was taken. and 128 buildings were quarantined in the country and more than a thousand people were isolated and tested for corona virus infection.
