RAMALLAH, May 29: A young Palestinian man died of sustained wounds on Monday dawn during the Israeli occupation forces' aggression against Jenin city, which resulted in the injury of seven others with live bullets. Ashraf Ibrahim, 37, was wounded this morning with two explosive bullets, one in the abdomen and the other in the chest, then he was taken to the hospital in critical condition and subsequently died, the Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement.
Ibrahim was a released prisoner and worked as an officer in the Palestinian General Intelligence Service, local sources said. The forces stormed several neighborhoods in the city, raided and searched multiple houses, and confrontations took place with dozens of young men who threw stones at the forces, and they responded with live bullets, which led to these injuries.
