KUWAIT CITY, Jan 6: Jahra Governor, Hamad Jassim Al-Habashi, emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to highlight the aesthetic and cultural identity of Jahra Governorate. He pointed out ongoing efforts, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to improve the main entrances, government institution sites, and key facades that reflect the nation’s identity.
During an inspection tour of the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources’ work sites in the governorate, Al-Habashi, accompanied by the Head of the Ornamental Agriculture Department in Jahra Governorate, Eng. Salem Al-Anzi, praised the Authority’s efforts in implementing beautification projects. He underscored the significance of collaboration between the concerned parties to meet the goals of development and beautification.
Al-Habashi was briefed on the future plans for greening and beautifying the areas of the governorate, emphasizing that the next phase is critical to presenting Jahra Governorate in its best possible light. He extended his gratitude to Dr. Mahmoud Boushehri, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Eng. Nasser Taqi, Director General of the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources, and Eng. Salem Al-Enezi, Head of the Ornamental Agriculture Department, for their contributions to the development and beautification of the governorate.
The governor also called for doubling efforts and mobilizing all available resources to enhance the aesthetic image of the State of Kuwait, in line with the aspirations of its citizens and residents.
