KUWAIT CITY, June 19: Meteorologist Fahd Al-Otaibi reported that the Jahra station recorded a searing 52 degrees Celsius today, Tuesday. This marks one of the highest temperatures recorded in the region.

Al-Otaibi further detailed that the Abdali station registered a temperature of 51 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Kuwait City, Wafra, and Jal Al-Layah stations each recorded temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius.

These extreme temperatures are a stark reminder of the intense summer heat experienced in Kuwait, prompting authorities to issue warnings for residents to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
