Halls and classrooms are committed to implementing all health requirements

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: In close collaboration with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education is in the process of installing contemporary "jamming" devices that meet the necessary criteria. The goal is to implement an updated and comprehensive strategy aimed at curbing academic dishonesty on educational websites, particularly during examination seasons, reports Al-Anba daily.

Reliable sources said the education sector is taking steps to deploy modern "signal blocking" equipment within examination committees and halls. These devices are designed to disrupt electronic devices, mobile phones, and headphones.

The sources further explained that the Ministry of Education is currently liaising with the Ministry of Health to obtain approval on the specifications of these devices, ensuring they align with health standards and requirements.

This approval process is essential to validate their usage during the examination period from a health perspective and ascertain their impact on the well-being of students and everyone present in these halls.

The sources emphasized that education is working diligently to combat cheating during the examination period through a well-structured plan. The objective is to prevent cheating altogether and eradicate this phenomenon, which has become increasingly prevalent in recent years, causing significant disruption for students and educational institutions.
