LOS ANGELES, Nov 7, (Agencies): Jeremy Renner, the 52-year-old actor known for his role in “Avengers: Endgame,” is embracing life with a newfound appreciation after a life-threatening snowplow accident on January 1. In a heartfelt Instagram message, he shared the various treatments and therapies he’s been undergoing to aid his recovery.

Renner wrote, “I have been exploring every type of therapy since Jan 14th… every day,” detailing his extensive regimen, including physical therapy, peptide injections, IV drips, stem cell and exosome treatments, red light and infrared therapy, hyperbaric chamber sessions, cold plunges, and more.

The actor went on to emphasize that his most significant form of therapy has been the power of his own mind and his unwavering determination to push through his recovery. He sees it as his duty not to squander the second chance at life he’s been given but to give back to his loved ones and those who have supported him.

Renner’s journey took a harrowing turn in January when he was involved in a snowplow accident, with his representatives confirming that he was in “critical but stable condition.” His family rallied around him, and he received excellent medical care.
