LOS ANGELES, Oct 2, (Agencies): Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have decided to go their separate ways following a three-year-long marriage. Turner-Smith has initiated the process by filing for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," according to sources.
In legal documents submitted on a Monday in Los Angeles, by renowned celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser, the former couple's official separation date is noted as September 13th. Turner-Smith has expressed her desire for joint custody of their three-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Diana Jackson, and has made a request for neither party to receive spousal support. Additionally, she has asked that Jackson cover the attorney's fees and associated costs.
