In the caption accompanying the photos, Manganiello detailed a busy week that included promoting his upcoming game show, "Deal or No Deal Island" (set to premiere on NBC on Feb. 26), updating tattoos, and shooting a music video with a friend. Towards the end of the caption, the True Blood star added a sweet note, revealing, "And celebrated Valentine’s Day with Tool & Caitlin."

The couple started dating in September 2023, as revealed by a source at that time. Two months prior, in July 2023, Manganiello and his ex-wife Sofia Vergara announced their divorce. Now, with their Instagram debut, Manganiello and O'Connor are sharing their happiness with the world.
