KUWAIT CITY, Aug 5: A Jordanian expatriate brought his wife and children to the country on a family visit visa, but they disappeared after the legal visit period expired.

Legal actions are now being taken to prepare for their deportation, as the sponsor violated the conditions agreed upon when requesting the family visit visa. Despite the sponsor's valid residency, the husband, wife, and children will all be deported for failing to adhere to the regulations.

The Ministry of Interior has announced the deportation of several visa violators of Jordanian nationality who overstayed their legal period of stay in the country. Despite the validity of their residency, the individuals, along with their sponsor, failed to adhere to the signed pledge and visit conditions.

This action follows the directives of His Excellency Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, to streamline visit procedures while ensuring compliance with visa conditions. The General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigation, specifically the Violators Follow-up Department, conducted the arrests.
