KUWAIT CITY, July 21: The detention renewal judge has once again denied the release of four defendants involved in the high school exam leak case, marking the third consecutive refusal. The judge has ordered that their detention continue.

The defendants, including two Kuwaiti citizens, a stateless person, and an Iraqi national, face charges of disclosing confidential information. All four have denied the charges against them.

In addition to this case, there is a separate legal matter involving eight additional individuals, with a trial session pending in the criminal court.
