KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: The Ministry of Justice has launched a service for obtaining a "copy of the lawsuit document" exclusively through the "Sahel" app.

In a statement, the Minister of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Wasmi, announced the introduction of the "Copy of the Claim Document" service via Sahel, the unified government application for electronic services.

The ministry explained that this service enables users—whether plaintiffs or defendants—to obtain a copy of the lawsuit filed in the General Court, General Family Court, Court of Appeal, or Family Appeal Court. Users can download the document immediately after paying the applicable fee. This service falls under the "Images of Judgments, Lawsuits, and Statements" offerings available through the Sahel application.

The Ministry of Justice reaffirmed its commitment to intensifying efforts toward digital transformation and enhancing its participation in the launch of services via the Sahl app, emphasizing that its primary goal is to serve the needs of litigants.
