KUWAIT CITY, June 5: In a significant stride towards digital transformation within the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Wasmi has announced the development and launch of the “Certificate of No Appeal” service. This service, available through the “Sahel” application, represents a vital step forward in streamlining processes and enhancing accessibility for citizens.

The “Certificate of No Appeal” service enables applicants to easily access information about their cases where a preliminary ruling has been issued and no appeal has been lodged. Upon payment of the required fee, applicants can instantly generate a certificate confirming the absence of any appeals in their cases.
