KUWAIT CITY, Feb 2: The Ministry of Justice announced on Sunday the launch of the first Constitutional Court services through the unified government e-services application, the 'Sahel' app.
In a press statement, the ministry explained that the new service allows applicants to view a list of Constitutional Court cases in which they are involved. They can then select a case to obtain a copy of the ruling.
The Copy of the Constitutional Court Ruling service is now included in the range of Constitutional Court services available via the Sahel app. The Ministry emphasized its ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation and enhance its role in providing services through Sahel, aiming to make procedures easier for the public.
