Justice Ministry unveils free service for printing debt declarations through 'Sahel'

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 5: The Ministry of Justice has introduced the “Print a Declaration of Obligations” service through the “Sahel” application.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Wasmi, the Minister of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs, announced the launch of this service, which is offered by the General Department of Enforcement via the unified government electronic services application, “Sahel.”

The service allows the applicant, referred to as the seizing creditor, to print a declaration detailing the debts owed by others to the debtor, or the seized individual, instantly and free of charge. The Ministry emphasized that this service is part of the offerings provided by the General Administration of Enforcement through the “Sahel” application.
