KUWAIT CITY, Oct 27: Ahmadi security personnel have arrested a juvenile involved in reckless driving who collided with both a patrol car and another vehicle in the Al-Dhaher area. The juvenile was charged with multiple traffic violations.
According to a security source, officers on patrol spotted the driver behaving dangerously, colliding with another vehicle, and then fleeing the scene. When stopped, he collided with the patrol car and attempted to escape on foot but was quickly apprehended by security personnel. He was issued citations for reckless driving, fleeing the scene of an accident, driving without a license, expired insurance, and failing to comply with vehicle regulations. The juvenile has been referred to the appropriate authorities for further action.
