KUWAIT CITY, March 27: Kazma delivered a commanding 118-49 win over Yarmouk in their 16th-round clash at the Basketball Association Hall in Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Complex. In another match, Al-Nasr defeated Al-Tadamon 109-83.

Following these results, Al-Safir moved up to fourth place with 21 points, while Yarmouk sits in eighth place with 15 points. Meanwhile, Al-Annabi secured fifth place with 21 points, and Al-Tadamon dropped to ninth with 15 points.

As the second half of the league nears its conclusion, the battle for top positions and a semi-final qualification spot is heating up, with Al-Qurain emerging as the frontrunner for the final ticket.

The league schedule is expected to undergo adjustments to accommodate the crucial AFC Champions League (Wasl) qualifier between Al-Qadsia and Bahrain's Manama, set for April 7 at Etihad Arena. As a result, no league matches will be played at the venue on April 6 and 7.

Kazma completely dominated Yarmouk, winning by 69 points and scoring 30+ points in three quarters (36-33-30).

Yarmouk, which has played without a foreign professional this season, saw former international captain Saqr Abdulredha lead the team with 15 points.
