KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: The Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Abdulaziz Al-Mojil, has issued instructions to spend 2,153,299 dinars, the remainder of the plant subsidy value be spent for the fourth period of the fiscal year 2021/2022, on the budget of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources for the fiscal year 2022/2023, reports Al-Jarida daily.
Al-Mojil instructed the senior officials of the Agriculture Authority to begin the procedures, after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance, as the Deputy Director General for Plant Wealth Affairs, Nasser Taqi, explained that the rapid response to the authority’s demands falls within the directives of Minister Al-Mojil and the higher leadership in providing the needs of farmers and supporting them continuously to achieve local suffi- ciency and enhancing food security.
