KUWAIT CITY, Nov 1: The Football Association has officially disclosed the penalties handed down by its Disciplinary Committee during its meeting in response to incidents that marred the match between Al-Qadsiya and Kuwait club in the sixth round of the Zain Premier League. Following a thorough examination of the referee’s report, match observer’s findings, and video evidence from the match, the Disciplinary Committee made the following decisions:

The Kuwait Club was fined 10,000 dinars for violating the provisions of Article 70 of the Discipline Regulations.
Al-Qadsiya Club also received a 10,000 dinar fine for breaching Article 70 of the Discipline Regulations.
In addition to the fines, the following individuals faced stadium entry restrictions:

Khaled Al-Ghanem

Khaled Al-Ghanem, President of the Kuwait Club, has been banned from entering the stadium during the 2023/2024 sports season due to violations in accordance with Article 79 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
Sheikh Fahad Talal Al-Fahad, Vice President of Al-Qadsia Club, will also be barred from stadium entry for the 2023/2024 sports season, based on violations outlined in Article 79 of the Disciplinary Regulations.

Adel Oqla, a member of the Kuwait Club and head of the football staff, has been similarly restricted from entering the field during matches in the 2023/2024 sports season, citing violations as per Article 79 of the Disciplinary Regulations. Additionally, he is required to pay a fine of 2,000 Kuwaiti dinars.
Furthermore, both Al-Qadisiya Club and Al-Kuwait Club will play one match without an audience as part of their penalties for breaching Article 86 of the Discipline Regulations.
