KUWAIT CITY, Sept 1: Three persons a Kenyan man, two women – an American, and a Briton – have been arrested for possessing and drinking alcohol, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after the Kenyan driving a Japanese car collided with a concrete barrier in Abu Halifa following which they were taken to a hospital where it was discovered that the three were under the influence of alcohol. Police have also seized from their car a bottle of foreign liquor and referred them to the concerned authority
