KUWAIT CITY, July 3: The Kuwait Football Association concluded a workshop on professionalism for sports club managers at the conference hall in Jaber International Stadium. Dr. Muhammad Al-Jabr, Director of the Department of Professionalism and Player Conditions at the Kuwait Football Association, attended the event.
The workshop covered topics including the professional regulations of both Kuwaiti and International Football Associations, the roles and responsibilities of professional managers, and insights into the international transfer matching system. Such workshops aim to enhance the administrative capabilities of football organizations and strengthen professionalism within clubs, with a focus on mitigating issues related to player and technical staff contracts.
