KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: In line with its leading economic role in financing construction and housing projects, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has participated as a strategic sponsor in the latest “Lifetime Homes Expo”. KFH’s participation reflects its commitment to supporting the industries sector in addition to boosting the national economy.

Organized by the Kuwait International Fair (KIF), Lifetime Homes Expo is the largest exhibition for housing and home furnishing in Kuwait taking place in Mishref from October 7 to 12.

KFH Executive Manager Media and Government Relations, Mohammed Alfaris attended the exhibition opening with the Executive Manager Personal Finance Products at KFH, Abdulaziz Alsaeed, amid a large presence of companies, government entities and private organizations.

At KFH's booth, a team was available to answer customers' and visitors' inquiries, providing detailed explanations of KFH's financing services and supporting all construction-related needs.

During its participation, KFH has demonstrated its services including financing the requirements of housing and construction materials in convenient installments. The Bank also introduced exclusive offers and discounts in coordination with the top-tier companies in the market. Other services include financing furniture, electronics, household appliances and their accessories.

Additionally, KFH offers exclusive benefits at the market level with a selection of suppliers specializing in related fields as well as credit advantages includingmaturity of the first installment up to 12 months from the housing financing contract and 6 months for consumer financing. The maximum limit for housing financing is up to KD 70,000 with a repayment period of 15 years. The consumer finance is up to KD 25,000with a maximum repayment period of up to 5 years.

Therefore, customers can obtain financing up to KD 95,000, according to the maximum limits for personal finance with salary collateral. In addition, customerscan postpone one installmentper year(for consumer and housing financing) with KFH Pass service throughout their credit period.

The exhibition brings together a wide array of pioneering companies in construction, finishes, furniture and interior design all under one roof. It aims to offer new property owners a comprehensive range of the latest products in the field for the construction projects of their homes at every stage.
