Kuwait City, July 11: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has honored children of KFH employees for their high school excellence. This annual ceremony, which took place for the fourth year in a row is part of KFH’s commitment to supporting its human capital and motivating them to achieve success for themselves and their families.

KFH organizes this event each year to recognize its employees, parents of the top high school students, for their efforts in taking care of their children while also showing an outstanding work performance, contributing to the success and leadership of KFH.

KFH Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, attended the ceremony which was held at Arraya Ballroom. KFH Kuwait Chief Executive Officer, Khaled Yousef AlShamlan, was also present along with KFH Group Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad Abdullah AlOmar, in addition to a number of officials, KFH employees and their children.

In his speech, KFH Acting Group Chief Executive Officer, Abdulwahab Iesa Al Rushood, congratulated the honorees and their parents. He commended the parents’ role in supporting their children while performing their jobs at KFH thoroughly and to the highest standards.

Al Rushood said: “At KFH, we believe that the well-being of our employees at the personal and family levels is a crucial factor in performing positively at work. Therefore, KFH is keen on celebrating your joyous occasions and personal achievements. Today, we celebrate your children’s academic success through this annual initiative that is being held for the fourth consecutive year. He added: “The success of your children is the fruitful result of your support and care as you set an example and an ideal role for them. You contribute to achieving a bright future for your kids and the community by supporting the excellence of your children and being dedicated in maintaining KFH’s leading standing.”

Addressing the students, Al Rushood pointed out that graduating from high school with excellence is significant and paves the way for a new chapter that shapes the student’s professional journey. He advised them on the importance of selecting the college major that meets the aspirations of the student and the employment market demands.

Meanwhile, KFH Group Chief Executive Human Resources and Transformation Officer, Zeyad AlOmar affirmed KFH’s keenness on encouraging its employees in the professional and personal aspects of their life, noting that families of employees influence their engagement and loyalty to the organization.
