KFH Signs Agreement to Launch Transfer Service to Kuwait Clearing Company via KFHOnline

As part of its leadership in digital transformation and offering the latest innovative banking solutions, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has signed agreement to launch of a new service in collaboration with Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC). The new service, which is rolled out for the first time in Kuwait, allows customers to securely and easily transfer funds online to their trading account at KCC through KFHonline app.

Following the signing of the agreement with the CEO of the Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC), Duaij Alsaleh, KFH Group’s Chief Operations Officer, Abdulla Abu Alhous, said that the new money transfer service to trading account through KFHonline offers numerous advantages. Customers are able to access the service 24/7 without any fees, reflecting KFH’s success in offering maximum convenience to its customers, through a seamless, secure, and high-quality banking experience.

Abu Alhous emphasized that KFH is strengthening its efforts to enhance customers' experience and facilitate a comprehensive range of banking operations that meet their evolving needs and expectations amid rapid technological advancements. This is achieved by leveraging the KFH’s outstanding technological and digital infrastructure.

Kuwait Clearing Company CEO, Duaij Alsaleh, appraised the efforts made to ensure the success of the service. He further added that the agreement with Kuwait Finance House will help improve the quality of services provided by KCC and is an important addition to its service ecosystem, which aims to provide users with comfort, flexibility, and security. Alsaleh acknowledged all efforts aimed at improving the company's approach and service delivery. The company is committed to digitizing its services by implementing cutting-edge automated systems, ultimately enhancing customer and user satisfaction.

Meanwhile, KFH Executive Manager Digital and Alternative Channels, Meshal Alobaid, said that the service reinforces KFH’s leadership in delivering innovative digital solutions that meet customer expectations and enhance their banking experience. He noted that the new service is available on iPhone, Android, and Huawei devices. "Through KFHonline app, customers can transfer amounts to KCC within one working day in a quick and secure manner," he further explained.

Alobaid added: “KFH continues to take the lead in launching a range of digital services that provide an unparalleled banking experience. These include the digital e-signature for personal financing transactions, AFAQ payment service enabling customers to instantly transfer money from their accounts to GCC banks participating in the AFAQ service, and Wamd service allowing customers to send and request money from other customers instantly and free of charge using their phone numbers linked to their bank accounts 24/7.

It is worth noting that KFH has also introduced other digital services such as launching the instant card printing service for the first time worldwide, cardless cash withdrawal and deposit, buying and selling gold, instant gold biscuits delivery, facilitating online payments using smart watches, and online cheque deposit. Additionally, KFHonline offers over 150 banking services, in addition to other 50 services offered through XTM and KFH Go smart branches. In total, KFH offers about 200 online banking services through different apps and e-channels, making it the preferred destination for digital banking services and solutions.
