Kuwait City, August 21: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced that its KIB Life Academy, in collaboration with the American University of the Middle East (AUM), will sponsor four distinguished employees intending to pursue their dual master’s degree in business administration as part of the AUM-MBA Program with Joint Graduate Degree. This program, fully funded by KIB for its employees, is a testament to the Bank’s latest efforts to enhance their academic growth, reaffirming its commitment to investing in the development of its human resources and enhancing their capabilities.

Commenting on the initiative, Feras Al Darmi, General Manager – Human Resources at KIB, said: "At KIB, we adopt a comprehensive development strategy that places employee development at its core. Today, we’re proud to witness this exceptional initiative under the umbrella of KIB Life Academy, which aims to support the academic development of our bank employees to help them achieve growth in their careers."

He added: "The AUM-MBA Program with Joint Graduate Degree will enable us to enhance the academic and professional growth of four dedicated employees. This program is designed to provide access to world-class education, empowering employees to face all challenges and seize future opportunities in the banking sector."
