KUWAIT CITY, March 30: The General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has announced that Kuwait International Airport is expected to handle 1,640 incoming and outgoing flights, with approximately 188,450 passengers traveling during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
In a statement on anticipated flight activity, the DGCA noted that the most popular travel destinations during the holiday include Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, Doha, and Istanbul.
Official DGCA spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi emphasized the importance of arriving at the airport well in advance of departure and ensuring that all necessary travel documents are in order. This includes a valid passport, confirmed airline and hotel reservations, and any required entry visas for the intended destination. He also extended his best wishes for a pleasant holiday to all travelers.
