KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18: Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) has stated the recent arrest of two of its employees for allegedly assaulting security inspectors at Terminal 4, an incident that was shared on some social media platforms. According to the statement, KAC coordinated directly with security authorities and submitted a detailed report on the incident. The airline confirmed that it handles such rare cases firmly in full compliance with legal frameworks, and stated that it will not hesitate to apply penalties as outlined in its service regulations.

Informed sources explained that the Board of Directors of KAC, led by Abdul Mohsen Al- Faqan, convened this morning to discuss the implementation of strict measures for preventing such incidents from happening again. This incident was the first of its kind in KAC. KAC affirmed its trust and respect for the security authorities at Kuwait International Airport, adding that there is ongoing cooperation and coordination between KAC and all security agencies at Kuwait International Airport.
