Kuwait City, July 31: As part of Kuwait Airways’ endeavors to support and encourage the educational sector in the country, the company held a ceremony to honor outstanding students for the 2023/2024 academic year, in the presence of Kuwait Airways' Chief Executive Officer, Captain Ahmad M. Alkreebani, and the Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Development and Activities at the Ministry of Education, Ms. Maryam Al-Anezi, with the attendance of numerous officials of the company.

While addressing the ceremony, Kuwait Airways' Chief Executive Officer, Captain Ahmad M. Alkreebani stated, “Kuwait Airways is pleased to honor our outstanding students and strives to be an integral component of the government system in encouraging youth, development and education, in addition to recognizing the achievements which they have accomplished.”

Alkreebani added that honoring these outstanding students is a fundamental duty, and to support and encourage their potentials as they are the upcoming generation, entrusted with building and developing the future of the State of Kuwait. In addition, the company takes great interest in the educational sector, through continuous participation in events and occasions that specifically pertain to this aspect, being one of the basic elements, within its social responsibility programs where the national carrier focuses and promotes aspects that raise the prominence of the beloved country to extensive horizons.

Alkreebani continued by saying, “The family has an effective and prominent role in the achievements of these distinguished students, rendering every support to their academics over the past years to reach the highest acclaim. This distinction which has been achieved is a deserved victory for all, accomplished only by the grace of God and thanks to their efforts, along with their tireless role in providing all the resources making it conducive for these students in carrying out their academic mission.”

Alkreebani concluded his statement by saying, “Kuwait Airways is proud of the achievements of this elite group, and we ask the Almighty to grant everyone success and instill goodness in every aspect that benefits our beloved country, Kuwait.”
