KUWAIT CITY, Jan 6: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Friday a cable of congratulations to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Sudani on the successful inauguration of the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup in Basra city.
