KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah registered Monday his biometric fingerprints with the attendance of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister, and Defense Minister Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.
