KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, awarded the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Medal to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday morning at Bayan Palace. The honor was presented in recognition of Prime Minister Modi's contributions to strengthening the relationship between the Republic of India and the State of Kuwait, as well as his efforts to enhance bilateral ties.

His Highness the Amir received Prime Minister Modi and his accompanying delegation during their official visit to Kuwait. The meeting focused on discussing ways to further strengthen the bilateral relations between the two nations, exploring new avenues for cooperation in various fields, and addressing key issues of mutual interest. The leaders also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments.

The meeting was attended by senior Kuwaiti officials, including His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, and other prominent state figures.
