KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: Masoud Jawhar Hayat, President of the Kuwait Equestrian Federation, congratulated Kuwait's equestrian community on the recent approval to resume temporary equine exports between Kuwait and the UAE, following a suspension of more than 10 years. This milestone allows local and international participation opportunities once again.

Hayat stated, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend our gratitude to the local authorities, especially the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources, Alaa Al Roumi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arabian Horse Center Bait Al Arab, the Emirates Equestrian Federation, the Emirates Arabian Horse Society, and the equestrian federations in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, for their efforts in making this possible.”

In related remarks, Al Roumi expressed his satisfaction with the resumption of exports and thanked the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources, the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, and the visiting delegation led by Dr. Kaltham Kayyaf, Director of the Animal Development and Health Department, for facilitating this important step.
