Kuwait citizens can now submit complaints Via 'Sahel' app and WhatsApp

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 6: The office of Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef has announced that citizens can now submit complaints, comments, and suggestions related to the work of the ministries and government agencies under his supervision. This can be done through the unified government application for electronic services, “Sahel,” using the “Communication Service” feature, as well as via the “WhatsApp” application. Complaints can be sent to the following number: (99322080).

In a statement released on Wednesday, the office explained that this initiative is part of an effort to streamline the process for receiving feedback, ensuring that complaints and suggestions are followed up quickly, and allowing for immediate responses and solutions. The aim is to serve the public interest, facilitate citizens’ transactions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
