KUWAIT CITY, Nov 16: The Public Authority for Roads is finalizing preparations to reopen Al-Abdulrazzaq Gate in Kuwait City, following nearly four years of closure for maintenance. According to informed sources from the General Authority for Roads, the Al-Darwaza intersection is expected to be reopened by the end of this week or early next week at the latest. Sources stated that the contractor of this project is in the final stage of completing asphalt pavement. It is expected that the Minister of Public Works, Dr. Noura Al-Mishaan, will visit the site soon to inspect the progress and officially announce the reopening date. The reopening of Al-Abdulrazzaq Gate is expected to significantly ease traffic flow in the area and restore connectivity for commuters.
