KUWAIT CITY, Nov 7:  Kuwait Club played against its Syrian counterpart, Al-Ahly Aleppo, resulting in a 1-1 draw during the second group match of the AFC Cup.

Kuwait Club came into the match with determination and swiftly scored a goal in the 11th minute, courtesy of their player, Fawaz Al-Mabilish. However, Al-Ahly Aleppo managed to equalize, with Muhammad Al-Nayef scoring in the 37th minute, leading to a tie at the end of the first half.

In the second half, Kuwait made every effort to secure a victory by seeking a second goal and launching attacks on the Syrian team's goal. Unfortunately, they encountered a resilient defensive wall from their opponents, preventing them from finding the back of the net.

With this result, Kuwait's points tally in the group rose to six, putting them in second place, level with Jordan's Al-Wahdat, who also have six points. Meanwhile, Al-Ahly Aleppo earned their second point, placing them at the bottom of the group. It's worth noting that Al-Kahraba from Iraq leads the group with seven points.

Looking ahead, Kuwait has two more rounds of matches in the group. They will host Al-Kahraba of Iraq on the 28th of this month and then travel to be a guest of Al-Wahdat of Jordan on the 11th of December.
