KUWAIT CITY, Jan 3:  In today's Zain League 13th-round matches, Kuwait Club dominated Al-Shabab with an impressive 6-0 victory, securing the top spot in the standings on goal difference over Al-Arabi. Meanwhile, Al-Nasr and Khaitan played to a 1-1 draw.

At Mohamed Al-Hamad Stadium, Kuwait Club took an early lead with Youssef Nasser scoring in the 4th minute. The first half witnessed a remarkable performance, with Mohamed Daham adding the second goal in the 15th minute and Amr Abdel Fattah scoring the third in the 16th minute. Mohamed Daham secured his second goal and the team's fourth in the 31st minute.

In the second half, Amr Abdel Fattah continued his stellar performance, contributing the fifth goal in the 62nd minute, while Mohamed Marhoon sealed the victory with the sixth goal in the 68th minute. With this win, Kuwait Club claimed the top spot with 30 points on goal difference, leaving Al-Shabab in eighth place with 11 points.

In another fixture, Al-Nasr and Khaitan ended in a 1-1 draw. Khaitan took the lead with Pereira's goal in the 49th minute, but Al-Nasr managed to equalize in the 94th minute through Al-Muatasem Al-Lafi. The draw earned Al-Nasr 21 points, securing fourth place, while Khaitan reached 7 points, holding ninth place.

The round will conclude tomorrow, Thursday, with two matches. Al-Fahaheel will face Al-Jahra in the first, and Kazma will host Al-Salmiya at the Friendship and Peace Stadium in the second fixture.
