KUWAIT CITY, July 24: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, during its inspection tours of domestic labor recruitment offices across Kuwait's governorates, was able to file several seizure reports.

In Hawalli Governorate, the team enforced the decision to immediately close two domestic labor recruitment offices after discovering legal violations concerning the collection of fees and the failure to use electronic payment method using "K-Net." These offices also violated the specified pricing regulations stipulated in the ministry's regulatory decisions, which constitutes a breach of the applicable standards.

Sources indicated that these inspections are part of the ministry's ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with laws and ministerial decisions and to protect consumer rights from violations or exploitation.

The ministry confirmed that these campaigns will continue in all governorates to ensure the strict application of laws and transparency in the recruitment of domestic workers.
