His Highness the PM chairs the weekly Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
KUWAIT CITY, Dec 4: The Cabinet has announced the suspension of work in all ministries, government agencies, public institutions, and bodies on Wednesday and Thursday, January 1 and 2, 2025, in observance of the New Year celebrations.
During its weekly meeting at Bayan Palace, the Cabinet clarified that Thursday, January 2, is designated as a holiday since it falls between two official holidays. Work will resume on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
The decision also noted that agencies with specialized functions will determine their holiday schedules based on directives from the relevant authorities, ensuring alignment with the public interest.
