KUWAIT CITY, Jan 7: Major General Talal Al-Roumi, the Chief of the Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD), emphasized the importance of intensifying inspection campaigns to monitor buildings and facilities that violate safety and fire prevention regulations.
In a press statement released by the KFSD following a meeting with the heads and staff of the notifications department within the prevention sector, Al-Roumi called for strict enforcement against violators whose non-compliance could lead to accidents and fires. He underlined the necessity of taking administrative action to close such facilities, as they pose a threat to public safety and security in the country.
